Ultimus Announces 2008 Americas User Conference and Partner Forum

This year’s event is scheduled to be held October 22nd – 24th in San Antonio, Texas, at the beautiful Hotel Contessa.

More than 200 Ultimus customers and partners are expected to attend this conference with special presentations from end users, partners, industry experts, BPM specialists, and the Ultimus team. The conference, whose theme is “Accelerate Success”, will be focused on unleashing the power and possibilities within the realm of business process management using the most rapidly-deployable process automation software available.

Davis “Dave” Ridley, SVP Marketing, Southwest Airlines, is a featured speaker who will present, “Sustaining Organizational Excellence: Put Your People First.” With 20 years of service at Southwest, Ridley has served as Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Vice President, Ground Operations, and Senior Vice President, People and Leadership Development. Ridley helped lead the company through its most rapid growth period (1988 – 1998) during which he was instrumental in the development, planning and implementation of Southwest Airlines marketing and sales efforts. He headed Ground Operations during and after the attacks of 9/11, successfully directing the unprecedented number of process and technology changes at the airports brought about by the new, federally mandated security requirements.
